Judge
Monitors appropriate application of disciplines, sanctions, and incentives while maintaining the integrity of the court.
Probation Officer
Assisting the probationer with solving problems and making necessary adjustments to reduce law-violating behavior.
Treatment Provider
provides rehabilitative therapy, case management, and monitoring for drug court participants in keeping with the holistic recovery of the drug court participant.
Case Manager
Advocacy, brokering, coordination, consultation, cost containment, counseling, planning, problem-solving, and record-keeping. Life skills to support the success in achieving long-term sobriety.
Prosecutor
Helps to identify and select eligible clients who should participate in the program
Court Coordinator
Manages, coordinates, directs, supervises, and arranges the activities of all courts
Law Enforcement
Promotes an open line of communication within the program. Increases accountability and works to reduce addiction and crime rates.
Evaluator
Assists the drug court team in developing, capturing, and communicating useful and useable information for key stakeholders and other audiences
Defense Attorney
Facilitate the entry of participants into the program. Advocate for fair and equal treatment of each participant. Ensure that the participant's constitutional rights are protected. Advocate for the participant's stated interests.
Peer Support
Coach clients to define personal goals, develop a plan to achieve them, and assess progress.
